Diana Humbert has two decades of tribal belly dance experience. What began as an invitation from a friend for some fun has grown into a lifelong passion. To complement the dance experience, yoga was added for flexibility, mental focus, and relaxation.
Six years of living the essential oil lifestyle has led to doing demonstrations and teaching classes with essential oils.
Thirty-plus years of adult education have come together in the classes Diana is teaching at Healthy Moves. She will be teaching Beginner Belly Dance and Core Conditioning, Slow Moves and Props as well as Aroma Yoga.
“Where else can you dress up and workout at the same time?”

She's committed to joining fitness classes and events at the studio to join other like-minded people who need to get their move on!

Brenda knows what it’s like to feel stuck for years—to struggle with self-worth, to feel like nothing is working, and to wonder if real health and happiness are even possible. Since her late teens, she’s battled weight issues, seeing the number on the scale always start with a #2, and trying everything from fad diets to specialists, pills, powders, and even gastric band surgery losing only 7 pounds total. After decades of disappointment and frustration, she realized that the number on the scale wasn’t the answer—her quality of life was.
Her journey hasn’t been easy. She endured years of depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and constant physical pain—all while taking multiple medications. But Brenda didn’t give up. Through small, intentional changes, she found freedom from the cycle. Today, she’s completely off medication, thriving, and ready to help others find their path to health and happiness.
In 2024, Brenda and her husband, Haden, walked three local 5K events, embracing movement at their own pace. She also leads the NKY Middle-Age Mile Walker group, inspiring its 225 members to take simple, joyful steps toward better health.
Brenda believes progress looks different for everyone, and no matter where you’re starting, you’re worthy of health and happiness. She’s here to create a welcoming space where you can show up as you are, celebrate every win, and focus on feeling good instead of chasing the scale.
No matter where you are in your health journey, Brenda is here to remind you: You are worthy. You are capable. And you are not alone.

Haden knows how overwhelming it can feel to take back control of your health. After retiring from the Army, where he maxed out every PT test, he found himself 245 pounds within two years, battling Type 2 Diabetes, high cholesterol, low energy, and the stress of daily life. Like so many, he struggled to find balance with food on the go, inconsistent sleep, and feeling stuck.
Through small, consistent changes to his nutrition and exercise habits, Haden reclaimed his health with the help of his wife. He no longer needs insulin injections or cholesterol medications and now celebrates progress that goes beyond the scale.
His journey taught him the power of showing up for yourself and taking things one step at a time.
Haden is especially passionate about supporting veterans who feel stuck or uncertain about how to move forward. With his story and picture featured on the walls of the local VA, he hopes to inspire others to take that first step toward feeling stronger and healthier—on their own terms.
Haden’s passion for movement and strength training comes from years of navigating setbacks, injuries, and recovery. He believes in meeting clients where they are and creating workouts that fit their unique needs and energy levels.
Whether you’re starting over, dealing with health challenges, or just looking for support, Haden is here to remind you that small consistent steps lead to big changes.
